Marketing and Promoting Your Organization (3 clock hours)
Description of Program: The task of marketing and promoting an organization belongs to everyone working for that organization. Outreach into the community is an important skill that all workers need to have.
In this 3-hour session, participants will:
- Explore basic marketing strategies
- Learn simple, low-cost techniques for promoting their organization
- Understand the important role that communication with the community plays in fulfilling an organization’s mission
